Moments of Significance – A Memoir

“MC Angel is a truth teller, a committed lyricist with a deep strength and a love for humanity made more intense by her particular struggle. Moments of Significance will move you to reconnect with your own positivity.” Kate Tempest

Moments of Significance is a non-linear narrative packed with poetry, prose, fragments of memories and meditations on life, philosophy, politics and love from an uncompromising voice. Told through Shauna’s personal experiences of growing up on a London council estate as a white working class queer woman, Moments of Significance is an exploration of society and the political told through a very personal collage of experiences.

“Her brave heart and courageous spirit, this book is fuelled with passion, courage and love – read it!” Salena Godden
